The 100 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Medhya Laya is a 12-day residential foundation program designed for yoga enthusiasts who want to explore yoga education in a structured, immersive environment. It is the perfect first step before committing to the full 200 Hour TTC.
Over 12 days at our ashram on the banks of the sacred Ganges, you will build a solid foundation in classical Hatha Yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy — guided by our experienced senior teachers.
This program runs on request for private groups of minimum 4 students, making it ideal for friends, families, corporate wellness groups, or small yoga communities wanting a shared foundational training experience in Rishikesh.
